1 On several occasions I did not put my container out for pick up. Servicemen went to the location in my yard looked to see if there was any trash in the container and brought it to the truck for collection.
2 When I needed to have some skids carted away, I called A and G spoke with a human being and NOT A Computer, and was told where to put the skids for pick up They were removed with my next scheduled pick up without hassle.
